Connected initiatives: Convert to use a single listing
Now when you visit a ‘Connected Initiatives’ tab in Subjects, Accounts or Alliances any Initiatives that have been connected will be displayed in one table – no more tabs to click through. We’ve also updated the way you connect initiatives. You can now search for them, rather than selecting from a dropdown menu which should help those that have access to lots of Initiatives.
Connected Initiatives: Show both incoming and outgoing connections for Subjects
We’ve added the ability to connect Subjects to other Subjects and have ‘two way’ connection. e.g. if you are working on an Offender you can connect it to a Victim. The Offender will now also be displayed in the Victim. Existing permissions have been retained, so if the user isn’t a team member of a connected Subject, they will see the name redacted and won’t be able to access it. They will be made aware of it though so they can make enquires.
Both these releases are part of a number of changes we’re making to the way you connect Initiatives together. As an upcoming piece of work, we will be making the connected Initiative experience consistent across all Initiative types. e.g. You will be able to connect Initiatives from Projects and Groups etc.
