Discussion notifications – linked Documents:

Now when you receive an email notification regarding a Discussion, if Documents were added with the message, they will now also be linked from the email so you don’t need to go and find them in pam.

Tracks – Archiving:

You can now archive Items in Tracks. So if you have a lot of ‘Resolved’ Items, you can move them off the Track and store them away separately in case you need to access them in future. You’ll find ‘toggle’ buttons at the top right of the Track showing ‘Active’ and ‘Archived’ where you can switch between the two views. To archive, click into an Item where you’ll find an ‘Archive’ button. Once archived, you won’t be able to make changes for auditing reasons, but you can unarchive if you need to resume work. Currently you can only archive Items one at a time but we have future ideas to optionally enable automatic archiving after a specified period of time.

DMS messaging:

In all places that Documents appear (e.g. Documents tab in Groups), if no Documents have been uploaded we’ve added a message there ‘No Documents to display’. This is part of a larger piece of work to introduce messages in pam that better help you understand the status of content, are more informative and consistent.
