You can now indicate how a Track Item was resolved. When you set an Item as ‘Resolved’, you’ll see some options to select the outcome. Standard outcomes are ‘Completed’, ‘Incomplete’, ‘Duplicate’ and ‘Declined’ but if you want something different, the Track Administrator can change these in Track settings.
