Track Item numbers are now sequential per Track. For example, the first Item will be number 1, second number 2 and third number 3.

Previously, Item numbers did not follow the same sequence per Track and instead were based on the sequence across the entire platform. So for example, your first Item may have been number 5443 and your second could have been 5632 depending on other Items being created on other Tracks.

You can find the Item number in the URL of the Item (the last number in the URL), or on the Track Item interface.
