I’m really looking forward to following the proceedings at the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners (APCC) Partnership Summit 2014 next Monday and Tuesday. Despite not being in attendance myself, the wonders of modern technology will allow me to keep up to date with the key points from speakers on Twitter (follow Association of PCCs if you want to do the same).

Working in partnership

The summit promises to provide the opportunity for local and national partners to join PCCs and other policing bodies to debate how agencies can work together to make communities safer. This is something the pam people are passionate about from both a learning and implementing perspective.

Our work with Dorset PCC has helped to enable stronger partnership working and we’re looking forward to announcing even more work in the world of police and crime commissioners as well as policing next week, so watch this space!
