In running a small organisation with some of the team remote workers, it’s important to find quality time to spend together face to face. We have a quarterly meeting where we try and get all the staff together, and last week we had our 2 day Summer camp for our pam people, the talented stars behind pam.

Other than the weather in Brighton being awful we achieved a lot and had fun on the way. For those who follow us more closely you will have observed that video is an increasing part of the way we communicate.  So its no surprise that we decided to have a little fun with the camera and use our new green screen with some of the team.  Take a look at the results below and let us know what you think.  The weather looks pretty good afterall!
