#shareit

sharing milkWe all know that sharing is a good thing to do – we all remember being told to share toys and sweets with friends and siblings and the parents amongst us are probably trying to instill this ethos into our children now. But beyond our days of childhood the concept of sharing is still an important life lesson. No more so than in the case of our working lives and specifically relating to the sharing of information. We all know that working in silos is unproductive and inefficient and that working as part of a team, with internal and external partners, and sharing information is the best way for any organisation to be successful.

It is with this in mind that here at pam HQ we want to kick off our month of twitter hashtags with #shareit. Above all, the philosophy behind pam is about information sharing and collaboration. The impact of doing that well, in a trusted, secure environment to help people do their jobs better and ultimately lead to better outcomes should not be underestimated. Be it in the public sector – helping police forces and government organisations or in the private sector leading to better run organisations and more productive staff. Whatever your area of work we want to celebrate how you #shareit.

The #shareit philosophy is only ever as good as the action that follows it and so will be sharing photos and stories around further hashtags later in the month: #organiseit, #makeithappen and finally a round up with #pamit.

We would love you to get involved – you can follow us on @pampeople and tweet us your pictures and stories of what you’re doing, we’ll retweet all your great examples as well sharing a few of our own.

We won't share your details with anyone else.
