Lewes District Council adopts pam for major change programme and future working

Lewes District Council has chosen pam to enable Programme Nexus, the key delivery vehicle for regeneration, service improvement and cost reduction. Programme Nexus aims to create a unified “One Council, One District” to drive forward change quickly and effectively over the next four years. pam will be at the heart of fostering an integrated and collaborative way of working that will help ensure the success of the programme.

pam will facilitate the delivery of transformational elements within Programme Nexus, such as Agile working for staff, the Regeneration and Property Strategy, and an innovative food waste project, while improving efficiency and effectiveness on existing business.

Lewes District Council’s choice of pam is a springboard for the administration to be a pioneer in delivery of 21st century services, as the public sector undergoes huge change.

Mark Darby, Chief Executive of Alliantist said “We are excited to support Lewes District Council in their inspirational change programme. We look forward to pam enabling success in local authorities and making a real difference in how they work, as we already do for probation, policing and a range of other public and private sector customers.”
