Greater Manchester Police are the first Police Force to adopt pam. Led by Chief Superintendent Steve Heywood, Divisional Commander of North Manchester Division pam will be used for enabling success of Project Cove. Cove is an innovative initiative focused on the Collyhurst, Moston and Harpurhey Wards of North Manchester and being used to enable all the partners to work better together in transforming the Community. This initiative is all about delivering the National Crime Strategy and Integrated Neighbourhood Management (INM). Alliantist is supporting the initiative using its Achieve More Community Interest Company. This vehicle has been specifically put together to help equip critical yet vulnerable organisations work with their public service partners and make a difference in the communities they serve together.
